Anita Barone

Barone is featured as a character in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld that aired in the season four. Barone plays Gail Cunningham as a restaurant owner who needs Elaine Benes' shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular part of the cast in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone performed the role of Carol Willick Ross Geller in her first Friends episode. Barone was also an ex-wife to Carol Willick Ross Geller. The show ended her time as she decided to take on the role full-time. was to be replaced with Jane Sibbett.
